Spring is a beautiful family friendly area close to the George Bush International Airport and halfway between downtown Houston and the Conroe area. Known for it's many parks as well as historic Old Town Spring, this area continues to grow, making owning a home here a great investment.

The city of Magnolia is located at the junction of FM 1774 and FM 1488, approximately 45 miles northwest of Houston and 25 miles southwest of Conroe. Serving as the gateway to the Texas piney woods, Magnolia offers an outdoor paradise for birding, cycling, golf and more. It is named for the magnolia trees that grew in the area.   

Tomball is a city in Harris County, a part of the Houston metropolitan area. From history and nature, to fun-filled festivals, live music, sports, unique shopping and award winning mom-and-pop restaurants, Tomball is at the center of it all. 

Cypress is an ever-evolving, beautiful and friendly area in the northeast side of Houston. Between Katy and Spring, this area also connects with the inner city through the 290 highway, making it accessible to multiple areas of the city and making your commute that much shorter.

Arguably the fastest growing area at the moment, Katy is a stone's throw away from the booming Energy Corridor and all it's businesses. With plenty of developers building custom homes, this Houston area is sure to be a great fit for many.

Porter and New Caney, are north of the Kingwood area, and an unincorporated community of Montgomery County in southeastern Texas within the Houston–The Woodlands–Sugar Land metropolitan area.
